My package is missing! Now what?
Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead.
If it doesn't turn up and your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, we’ll be happy to help and work on shipping you a replacement order. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you with more details on your package status. FYI: If tracking doesn’t update within 2 to 3 business days, don’t worry—that’s completely normal!
