Shipping & Returns


Most order ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. Shipping is available to the US, Canada and most countries worldwide. To request additional information for international shipping, please email info@getbacksupplyco.com.


We have a 30-day return policy. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the packing slip or proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the returned item is over $70.00, trackable shipping and insurance is suggested.

There are certain conditions where no refund or only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges are only available if items are defective or damaged within the 30 day period. If the item is defective or damaged, send us an email with a photo of the damaged/defective item and we will email a return mailing label. Once the item is received at Get Back Supply Co., we will mail a replacement for the defective/damaged item.


Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
