Terms & conditions
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Giveaway begins September 30, 2026 and ends December 4, 2026. Limit one entry per person.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, submit the required information through the official Costa Rica Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winner will be contacted by email and/or text and must respond within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize includes round-trip airfare for two to Costa Rica, a 4-day stay at the Pura Vida Surf House, included meals as described, surf lessons, and a Get Back Necklaces gift pack. Any expenses not specifically listed as included are the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest are responsible for required passports, travel documents, eligibility to travel, and applicable taxes.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
