Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Get Back Necklaces, Inc, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter

Giveaway begins September 16, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends November 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.

To enter, participants must:
⁕ Submit their name, email, and/or phone number via the official entry form.

 ⁕ Agree to receive marketing communications from Get Back Necklaces (standard email/SMS rules apply; consent not required for purchase).

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
⁕ A weekend stay at Surf House Encinitas (standard double occupancy).
⁕ Surf lessons for two. Learn how to surf from a local who grew up on the waves!
⁕ Sunset boat tour for two.Experience the beauty of the San Diego coastline on a peaceful sunset sailing tour, avoiding the crowds at popular viewing spots. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 4, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified via email/phone within 72 hours. If no response is received within 5 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Conditions

Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Get Back’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering, participants agree to allow Get Back Necklaces to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Get Back Necklaces, Surf House Encinitas, Valentina Restaurant, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
